Store Policies


All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, except on holidays. Our inventory is updated in real time. On rare occasions, it may occur that an item you ordered is unavailable. We will notify you if the item you ordered is sold out or on backorder.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $8.50. For purchases $300 or more, shipping is FREE. We ship USPS Priority Mail. USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

Do you live near one of our stores? Come pick your order up at our retail location! If the items you are purchasing are available in the store nearest you, you can select the local pickup option at checkout!

We hope you love your purchase from Blossom. But if you need to return an item, our return policy is the same online as it is at our retail locations. We offer store credit or exchange only. Orders that are shipped are eligible for return if they are received by Blossom within 14 days of the purchase date. All sale items are final. Please email to initiate the return process and receive an authorization number.
